Export and backup

Your training log is yours. One tap writes the whole thing to a JSON file you can keep, read or take elsewhere.

Settings has an Export data (JSON) button. It writes every session, every set, every exercise and split, your body weight log and your preferences into one file, and hands it to the share sheet or saves it wherever you like.

It works whether or not you have an account, and it always will. Charging for access to your own training history is the one thing a tracker can do that makes it untrustworthy, so the export is not behind anything.

Export and backup are different jobs and the app keeps them apart. A backup restores this app on this or another phone, with everything exactly where it was. An export is your data in an open format, for reading, keeping or moving somewhere else entirely.

Backup, export and restore sit together in Settings; none of them needs an account.
