Features
What StackUp does
The whole app, one page at a time — including the progression rule written out in full, because a rule you cannot read is one you cannot trust.
Auto-progression
,The app compares the reps you did to the range you were aiming for, and sets the next weight for you. The rule is written down, not hidden.
Warm-up sets
,Mark a set as a warm-up and it stops counting towards anything that judges you — but it stays in your log.
Rest timer
,Starts itself when you log a set, counts on the clock rather than in memory, and buzzes once when the rest is over.
Supersets and circuits
,Group two exercises and it is a superset; group three or more and it is a circuit. The app counts rounds and rests between them, not between stations.
Cardio
,Time and distance instead of sets and reps, with a stopwatch that keeps running when you leave the app.
Cloud sync
,Sign in and your log follows you to your other device. It is free, there is no subscription, and the app works completely without it.
Export and backup
,Your training log is yours. One tap writes the whole thing to a JSON file you can keep, read or take elsewhere.
German, properly
,Not a machine translation with English bolted underneath. The whole interface and all 157 exercise names are written in German.
