Warm-up sets
Mark a set as a warm-up and it stops counting towards anything that judges you — but it stays in your log.
Twenty light reps to get the blood moving is not a working set, and counting it as one would wreck the arithmetic. If a 20-rep warm-up counted against a target of 10 to 15, the app would decide you had beaten the range and add weight — exactly backwards.
So mark it. The set row menu has one toggle, the row gets a warm-up badge, and from that moment the set is invisible to everything that judges: your next weight, your volume totals, your personal records and the charts on the Stats screen.
It does not disappear, though. The set stays in your history exactly as you did it, the session still counts as trained, and the exercise still counts as recently used. Those are two different questions — did anything happen here and is there a working set to judge — and StackUp answers them separately rather than pretending they are the same.
Nothing is auto-detected. StackUp does not guess that a light first set must have been a warm-up, because sometimes it was a drop set, a technique set or a bad day — and guessing wrong silently changes what your training means.
