How to do it

  1. Lean your torso forward about 30° — upright makes it a triceps dip instead.
  2. Lower until you feel the stretch across your chest, then press back without locking out hard.

Common mistakes

  • Going deeper than your shoulders allow. Depth is not the goal; tension is.
